They are built like a brick shithouse and share a lot of parts with the S rangefinders. If the 1 second is off run it a bunch of times you can usually clear the old grease and get it working again.
Get a soft shutter release for it too, mine has one. Get the factory Nikon leather case and strap. Try to get the prism finder, the Photomic is nice but the meters almost never work and a working one costs as much as the actual camera.
