>>3222891Lighting is bad, so everything soft, skin tones bad and expressions lose impact cos of shadows. Also you need to learn basic processing. White balance adjustment, curve adjustment to create contrast and control shadows/highlights/colour balance. Also asking to dodge and burn to lighten /contour faces, smooth skin etc.
Never forget to crop if the composition is unbalanced. Focus is off on this as well, could be a lens calibration issue. Try manual focus in live view and see if things sharpen up.
