Go for higher shutter speeds in the wind, burst shoot and trust in ibis. Should get you 1:1 on small enough apertures for good focus, and a shit ton of unusable shots, but you really only need one that counts. Forget focus stacking in the wild. It usually requires a tent to eliminate wind, and you'll still probably need to kill the bug to do it.
