Well, okay, shoot a photo in broad daylight at f/1.8 and a 30 second exposure. That photo will have no composition. Or f/22, 1/8000th with the lens cap on in a dark room. Those photos won't really have any composition.
Otherwise, composition is a fundamental property of any visual scene. It just means "The way the object that make up (i.e., compose) the scene are arranged". If there are any visual elements in the scene, the scene will have composition. Asking "Is it possible to shoot a photo with no composition" is like saying "Is it possible to shoot a photo with no right side" or "with no histogram" or "with no tones"--no, and even asking the question shows you don't really understand what the word means.
