>>3044348I think it's a combination of my inexperience, the extreme cold when I was shooting (I was shaking a lot) and the fact that I was using a manual focus lens with no focus peaking or other assistance tools.
It was also incredibly bright, crystal clear sky, shooting at noon, with snow covering the ground, and the viewfinder hood on the X-e1 is notorious for letting in light, so it was hard for me to see at points.
All this basically translates to: I need to up my game. I know these aren't that great, and the more I look at them the more disappointed I am; not in the camera, but in myself.
