Right now, 20mp sensors are standard in new MFT bodies and I'd argue that the main feature differences come from the presence of PDAF, computational photography, the ability to record video in ProRes RAW when connected to an Atomos Ninja V Recorder, and... uh... I think that's it.
The most unique body that existed on MFT was the Pen-F, being about as featured as an OM-D model, with a layout more comparable to that of a "street camera" from yesteryear.
