Calling digital art photography, or something along those lines. Once you edit the fuck out of an image it's more about how good you are at editing/painting than it is using a camera to get the results you want.
That's not to say these artists aren't amazing. They are, but it's an entirely different art form and I hardly think it's photography anymore.
