>>33789903/3 for now, a bit of semi-macro 4x5 photography. Saw this guy on a fence near a bigger scene and wanted to try out the shot. This isn’t even 1:1, he was a pretty large spider just hanging there and occasionally wrapping flies up, he was probably twice the size he is in the negative.
Forgot to mention, in the first shot you can see small branches on the trees far in the distance and in the second shot you can see in the shadow of the fence individual dew drops and even an insect on the blades of grass very clearly, all the way until the middle of the fence’s bend where it is out of focus (tilted focus to get a maximum amount of fence as possible in focus, couldn’t get the middle in focus and wanted to keep diffraction low so I only stopped down to f/16)
