Although I'm a Fuji fanboy I think the Snoy makes a lot of sense for this application, especially since you're probably going to be relying on video autofocus. Also they are weather sealed, unlike the X-S10.
There's also a case to be made for just getting rid of the Canon and use an A7 for everything, it's still a considerable improvement in size over the Canon.
