They get that pleasing high noise look when you process from raws, but denosing is not very straightforward, and you need help from lenses to get the focus right. For me on em-10 6400 is ceiling that at times still works, 1600-2500 is where I lock it most of the time, and it's good to be aware that you won't be able to pull up shadows in post a lot.
