>>3093127It's not really that great, the /p/hotographer and the people praising it are just excited to see a simple geometric composition and minimal colour scheme executed with a rudimentary level of success, even if the actual photo is ultimately just a meretricious rehearsal of a worn out old modernist idée fixe that can be seen elsewhere in many more interesting and technically accomplished images. But for an enthusiast to see something of his or her own creation begin to approximate their idea of perfection (however right or wrong it may be) is still a gratifying event, and that is why the picture has garnered such a sympathetic response from /p/osters ITT.
