>>3294606>tfw spending like 2 hours trying to make a better pinholeI ended up using the sheetmetal since I can sand down the back side and manipulate it a bit more. I had to re-twirl the needle in this pinhole a few times to get it this round and jaggy-free. The new pinhole has an average error margin of -0.0098mm. That's a good sight better than the -0.018mm of the old pinhole. Its average diameter seems to be 0.1789mm Which will be good enough for me I think. I also had to use JB Weld over the black-painted hot glue. I simply could not get rid of the light leaks without JB Weld. I'll see tomorrow how well it will take photos. Well, from now on, I'll just use hot glue to test stuff and JB Weld for the finals.
