>>4196289Pushing and developing are developing terms. You can't push or pull film while it's in your camera. You can over or underexposed it in camera and then compensate for that by pushing or pulling during development.
The reason people overexpose c41 is to give the film more light and to make up for sloppy metering habits. If you do this and then pull the film, you're somewhat undoing the whole reason for overexposing in the first place.
