Thought the crop factor would be lame...but I actually really enjoy using my M lenses as their cropped varieties.
IMO, I'd recommend getting a Fuji XE4 for you. The film sim experience is so fucking rad once you dial a few in to your liking.
Fwiw I adapted m lenses on my A7 for awhile. It works...but I find the Fuji so much more fun to shoot with.
