You could possibly figure out shutter speed used if you knew how the film handled motion, but that's it, aperture can not be determined.
We can safely assume that a closed aperture was used. On manual focus lenses this was the only way of even having subject in focus. This is based by the general guidelines of tracking. Smaller apertures are used to keep the subject in focus while tracking.
