>>3271810It's really pretty much like using any other camera, just slower and perhaps more methodical. The larger format itself doesn't necessarily make an instantly different look to the images, though it does when it comes to wide-angle lenses and tilt focus. There's a subtly different look as far as the lack of distortion and the way objects appear towards the edges of a wide-angle frame. There's also the special way a film like Velvia will render a scene that can be very difficult to duplicate. It's a very rough format to learn on because you're limited in how you can see through a ground glass which makes it hard to wander and find compositions. But when you find a good spot you really do spend the time to work the composition to where you feel it will be perfect. You will no doubt find yourself spending more time on each image.
