A few of my local agencies approached me instead & truth is I never booked any models from agencies before...but if you are keen you just simply email them. Tell them you are interested in doing a test shoot with their "developing" models, the ones who lack a portfolio. If the agency likes your photos they'll give you a hollar (and yes it will be free).
