anyway, I'm looking to upgrade my camera gear. I shot everything so far with an iPhone but it's my only phone and I don't want to use it for videography even though I have no issues with it.
My brother recently gave me his old GH4 camera and a lens so I'm trying to figure out what else I need for my mini-studio.
I've ordered 2 Viltrox LED studio lights and I also picked up a used microphone so I can do voiceovers and not sound like shit.
What else do I need? I was thinking about picking up some kind of a slider so I can do pans. Any suggestions? Or maybe put that money into a camera cage and add a focus ring or something... not sure how useful that would be since I'm not mobile.
Anyway, pic related is some dude's setup. Does /vid/ have any general advice?
