I missed on an editing gig since they needed someone with Premiere. I’ve mostly been involved with preproduction, so I could actually get away with being the weirdo Linux guy. So thinking of getting a capable if not powerhouse MacBook strictly for outside production work ... the job would’ve just been putting clips together and slapping graphics on it. And better to go with OSX than Windows to reduce hardware/platform variables.
