>>3341405thanks, I used to be autistic about keeping my ISO as low as possible but I gave up on that and embraced the grain if it means getting the shot. I manually pump up the ISO and rarely regret it. Those pigeons were roosting as it was getting dark so it would have been underexposed otherwise.
Here's one at ISO 800, nothing too crazy but I really like how the grain turned out.
