stacking two pictures has a drastic effect, 4, 8, 16, and so on. Past 32 or 64, you invest significantly more time for diminishing returns. I usually do around 10-15 minutes of 13 second exposures.
This was 60 or so pictures with a 14mm f/2.8, try to go for atleast 10-20.
