>>3045580anytime dude, its good you take criticism fairly well, thats a good indicator of someone who really wants to learn this stuff. Now, im working on bare minimum here to try and fix anything, but PIC RELATED is how i wouldve cropped and edited. Its ok to have a color/tone to dominate your photo, but on the left, you are going overboard and str8 into instagram land, just avoid filling your blacks with in your face colors.
Now, for composition, the only thing i could see helping any of this was to crop very tightly right onto the device, that being the subject of the photo. "but why crop square? isnt having your subject in the middle of the frame bad?" not if you can balance and justify it being in the center. You see, since the dudes hand is right over the device, there is no need to showcase the rest of him and i cropped him out. that and his arm leading out of the bottom right corner attempts to create some sort of composition, again, its a very dull photo to begin with so i tried my best in under 4 minutes to fix any of it
