This is why it's very common to use warming filters with slide film. I ALWAYS have an 81A on when shooting Provia and E100.

The anons saying your lab fucked up are retarded. The sunny shots look fine, the cloudy shots are blue. This is to be expected with slide film and proves it's not a developing error.

Dope shot with the Elmar. I'm wanting to jump into a 90 and an Elmar is definitely a possibility...but there's so many variations I haven't bothered trying to sort through them yet.
