1. You've got her face nearly centered in the frame, which leaves a lot of "Not your model" space above her. The triangle building in the background makes for a pretty cool backdrop, but I'd suggest cropping out most of the blank sky up there.
2. The angle you're shooting at isn't super flattering. She's looking down at you which kind of gives her sleepy-eyes (which is especially bad combined with her slightly open mouth--she looks like she's about to start drooling because someone asked her a simple math question)
I like the backlighting a lot, though, so good job with that, and I do think that that triangle makes for a good framing device inside your photo.
