Blue on overexposure might explain it. The Hi-Matic does tend to overexpose a little in daylight, but not in a controlled sort of way.

There's a place that came recommended, but desu I'd be embarrassed to go to a proper photography place. I amn't even at that sort of level.
On saying that I picked up a Spotmatic while I was over there that's halfway through a roll of film. Using an app on the phone to meter to see if this 50 year old thing even works .
