Saw this mangy bird on the side of the road, not moving away by any measure.
Some old lady later came by and threw a kebab on the ground to "feed it" and called it a "baby bird", the bird ignored the kebab.
It's most likely sick and dying judging from the feathers and how it wasn't even taking care of itself.
