>>3272457Glad to hear it, anon. As far as Ektar goes, it's a fickle bitch to get the colors just right sometimes as it can certainly get oversaturated or have color shifts in the shadows. Are you mostly seeing those browns that are too red in shadow areas or is this most of the time? I've found Epson Scan does a fairly good job at inverting Ektar like 80% of the time, though it still needs tweaking. You might want to try using a hue/sat layer and fiddling with the red channel. A good fix would be to reduce the saturation and probably also reduce the lightness of the reds. Don't go too crazy with these number, probably going to -10 on each would go a long way.
>>3272494Thanks anon. And yes, probably. Eventually slide film will probably die, and I'll certainly stockpile some but I'm also kind of guy to roll with the changes. I think it would be time to start making my own b&w emulsions or doing some downright crazy stuff.
