Again, the 5D didn't even have gapless microlenses. As for the EM5 mark II, well...pic related. The photon shot noise difference is too great to overcome.
Now if you speed boosted the lens...which means FOCUS ALL THE LIGHT ONTO THE SMALLER SENSOR...then even the EM5 would pull ahead. Again: FF lenses collect more light, FF sensors capture more light.
