My point is that most people is too into the technical, quantitative side of things of photography that they seems to neglect the aesthetics side of things. I have seen countless time both on the internet and in real life people try to evaluate a photo's quality simply by technical measurement (i.e. how in focus the picture is, how good the equipment used for a photo are, how well does it fit into arbitrary composition paradigms like "rule of thirds" or "symmetry" or "asymmetrical balance" or "golden ratio") as if a pictures value can be judged solely with objective tickboxes in a vacuum.
