When fucking, I imagine that vertical shooting fits what you're seeing, shooting square could be a compromise, but shoot horizontal where you can.
Basically shoot horizontal and keep your framing as well as you can. Your partner can be your stand in where necessary, when framing how tight or loose you want the shot to be. Another idea is to have a high camera mount, shooting down over the side of the bed. Make sure you don't block the camera's view of your partner. Godspeed.
