I used bubble levels and metal film holders from an enlarger, and still was getting alignments ever so slightly out.
one side of the neg turns out slightly sharper than the other so the grain doesn't match at the stitch. I am not just pixel peeping because I am trying to make prints in measured in feet and grain is visible in the print
currently wet printing an 8x10 and hi res scanning with a v700
