I should have some old 2GB and 1GB, probably even some 512MB and a 256MB somwhere. Can't really remember the exact capacities I had 15 years ago, and I can't remember where I put them. Maybe I threw them out.

You sometimes have to push one half of the lens cover down manually. Refer to the picture. It has been dropped nose down, obviously. The construction seems pretty solid. Nothing apparently bad about the lens, except for the cover. Zooming etc. works.
I broke the rubber cover for the ports when I opened that. Very brittle from, I guess, age. Tried superglueing it, but pic has the results.
Maybe it's easy to convert to IR? I haven't looked yet, but I want to play with it more before doing that anyway; try to do a few photo walks with it to see if I like the nostalgic feel enough for more serious pics.
I've wanted to convert an old digicam to IR for a long while though, but if I like the way this enough, I'll spend another 10-20 bucks on another, maybe different, maybe same model.
Built-in flash with that early 2000s vibe. AF and can do manual focus too. Focus goes quite close. Has a manual exposure mode.
Tripod mount. Decent construction. No weather-sealing but I think there is an underwater case for it. AA batteries, with a charging port if you use rechargeable ones (but I don't have the cable).
Doesn't shoot RAW. Apparently does video, and it can bark like a dog when you press the shutter.
And yes, I'm the same guy who bought the used tilt-shift in the other thread. There's a definite price difference (800€ for the TS), but also in quality, as the that is competitive equipment even today while this seems more like something fun to play with.
