I would personally recommend a second hand Micro Third Fours, with an adapter and a vintage telephoto for cutting cost, getting accustomed to manual focus and because its cheap and don't weights a lot (Most of the time the telephoto is heavier than the camera in this case) but there is probably someone with a better rec.
