I can't crit that, there is literally nothing going on.
I mean if you want I could but... there is really nothing to say that goes past "it's blurry, the subject is beyond uninteresting, the surface is dirty to the point of being disgusting, there is absolutely no composition finesse going on and the post processing looks lazy"
Like you snapped at a reflective surface with your lens way too open, or too zoomed, and all we got is some dirt in focus and the reflections of random buildings. 1/3 of the picture is taken up by disturbing objects in the background.
Is this good enough crit?
And no, I don't think my snapshots are good enough to be posted as a "comparison" of any kind, so I won't post my pics. I'll just you a picture taken with a compact camera that makes better use of reflections.
