https://www.opticallimits.com/sonyalphaff/1064-tamron2875f28e?start=1Yes the Tamron has more vignetting. But it’s honestly not a big deal on either camera, and the least important metric, as it’s easily (and automatically) corrected without issue, we’re not shooting on slide film here.
Distortion is much more of an issue as corrected it requires image stretching, and thus enlarging and cropping, and the Fuji has a fuck ton, which causes loss of FOV and loss of detail.
That’s evident in the resolution test where the Tamron blows way past the Fuji, there are some things that can’t be corrected, this is one of them.
