>>3306029>what is stitching to get better resolution and remove distortionA fuck load of effort for minimal reward you really think someone is going to stitch every single image from a 36 exp roll?
>but durrrr if you don't put in a lot of time and effort are you even a real photogrpaher? xd>If you're not gonna put your time and effort into making your scanning process goodDo you have a learning disability that prevents you from absorbing information? I stated that I did put in a lot time and effort and that I've been using this method for about a year now and getting good results.
>what is investing into decent quality macro lens and extension tubeI had a bellow system with a macro lens
>If you don't want the hassle of dlsr scanning just mail that shit or have your local lab scan for you. Otherwise, just go digital if everything is too toublesome for you.Yes setting everything up is too much of a hassle for daily use, and I can't keep it setup all the time since I have minimal space to work with. Thats why I'm purchasing a Plustek where I'll get "better" results and it'll minimalize my work flow. Also it'll give me a reason to sell my dslr since I want to minimalize my gear, only owning one SLR, one P&S and one MF camera.
>>3306036also this I'm not saying the results from dslr scanning are terrible, it's just impractical compared to a Plustek. I bet you many pro togs aren't dslr scanning because they know it's too much effort for the reward.
Have a random photo I dslr scanned
