Use the calculator here,
http://www.mrpinhole.com/calcpinh.phpAnd the methods to measure the pinhole here,
http://lensgarden.com/light/pinhole-photography-how-to-measure-the-diameter-of-a-diy-aperture/Like this is one of the pinholes I made out of like 15-16 holes. You can see the millimeter marks on the ruler to the far right. The top and bottom lines are about 1mm total distance between them (make sure the lines are on matching sides of both mm marks and not both on the inside or outside). The top line and middle line measure the pinhole section I copied and pasted even with the top line. I count the total pixels between the top and bottom lines and divide 1mm by that number. Then I know how much distance there is per 1 pixel. Then I count the pixels across the diameter of the hole and times that number by the 1 pixel distance number to find out how wide the hole really is. You have to do this entire process for every single photo you take and hole you make. You can't skip steps any time and assume things are the same between photos.
That part too forever to get right, but was a really good learning tool for knowing more about pinhole sizes.
