Extremely amateur photographer here. I took some pictures of the night sky and I see blue and red stars. I was just messing around with the settings to see what I could see. I understand a high ISO is asking for noise, but as far as I understand the coloured stars aren't noise at least? What would cause them to be coloured? At first I thought I was capturing Doppler shift but is that possible with such a simple camera? I can't really find anything online asking the same exact question I am.
