>>3420563Looks like the subject was lit with a white light, and the background is lit with fluorescent. That's why all the shadows and stuff NOT lit by the clean white light have a greenish tinge.
It can be pretty easily corrected (in these images at least) with a hue/sat adjustment layer. Use the "color range" bar at the bottom to select the greens to neutralize.
