I'd like to make cinemagraphs from around my city / trips. Is there any free NLE that would let me make the process from start to finish? Nothing fancy:
- basic video trimming
- color grading
- vibration reduction would be a plus
- masks
- fading out to transparecy
- gif output.would be a plus
I did the pic related with Photoshop, but I would like to switch to something better suited for video and possible future editting. If not, then I will try Davinci 14 for editing and grading and then stick to Photoshop for making the actual cinemagraph.
