I appreciate your answers. One thought I have is, how do you progress in this hobby and create opportunities for yourself without that social push? Obviously not everyone's the same, and doing it just for yourself is totally legit, but say you want to use your interest to shoot an event, person, subject or occasion that would mean something to you and can't do so organically, would the social aspect not have value worth pursuing?
