>>4191914I wouldn't say I exactly pose them. It's a bit more collaborative and freeflowing between me and the person I'm taking a photo of than me telling them exactly what to do and exactly how to pose.
Not even sure it's portraying degeneracy, I guess this is sort of similar with the hedonism thing but how degenerate can eating a carrot or drinking milk or being out in nature or whatever I'm taking photos of be? Because that's not a degenerate/hedonistic act but still brings degeneracy/hedonism to the mind of some viewers. If anything that's devaluing the attraction to the parts of degeneracy which are unfavourable or unhealthy rather than promoting it.
I didn't say I didn't want it to be ugly, I said that wasn't in my intent to purposely make it ugly. I also wasn't complaining about people not appreciating the narrative, in fact I said it doesn't matter whether they notice the narrative or not or even if they like it or not. I think what you think is respect or self respect is actually just your personal view of "acting proper" being imposed on or expected of others. I believe that people can behave how they want, so long as it doesn't bring harm to others and everyone involved is consenting because I think personal liberty is important. You might be more authoritarian than that and that's all well and good but it doesn't automatically mean that my photography is obscene, degenerate or bad. Just means you don't like it. It's quite an egoic stance to take is all I'm saying although of course you're entitled to think whatever you want.
>>4191916Not everyone here is female and it's collaboration. Working within a collaborative mindset with joint consent for mutual benefit is the opposite to rape.
>>4191933I'll owe you a print, kek
>>4191938Bit harsh but yea I only take pictures of people that approach me, so I don't find anyone to model. They find me.
Cheers though anon
