The newer 60D will have slightly better high ISO noise performance, IMO, just a tiny bit more detail retention when this comes into play, and given how old all these cameras are, and that they're APS-C, you will see detail-destroying noise at even 800 ISO. A modern APS-C sensor will retain much more details into the 6400 ISO range. I don't think you can go wrong with either one for the price, but you've just got to keep in mind that these are 10+ year old cameras.
