Anyone claiming the Fuji sensor isn't MF is retarded. Is the Hassy sensor not MF? What about PhaseOne? None of those are 6x9 so what it's not medium format? Fuck off.
Also it doesn't really have a look, at least not to someone who doesn't look at MF images all day long as a job. An image from a PhaseOne is going to have that weird uncanny valley hyper realistic thing going for it but that's all I've ever noticed. Not that I own a PhaseOne, I have just used one a couple times at college.
Pic strongly related because it shows sensor sizes of MFDs. Showing some PhaseOne sensors are actually the same size as the Fuji MFD sensors.
