In a future investigation I could have a different approach and source the data from the actual vendors, but that would imply different scraping setups for each, which is quite a bit of work to go through
I believe the option I chose is representative enough but that's my opinion, since it's very close to what an average consumer might come across

Unsurprisingly enough most have more zoom lenses than primes. Apparently Canon EF-S is compatible with Canon EF, so they kind of complement each other, and roughly the same could be said about the Nikon DX/FX, which would explain their different zoom/prime distributions
