I've you don't like the feel of the camera, it doesn't matter what specs it has or what lenses you can get, you won't shoot with it.
With that aside, considering compatibility, performance, and price, I'd buy an RP.
It's cheap and you'll have access to the hot new RF lenses and the cheap EF ones as well.
I haven't shot with the new mirrorless cameras yet, but I found the EF ergonomics to be the best for me out of the several cameras I tried at the time.
I personally wouldn't go with Sony.
