>>3344788It's a discontinued bridge camera and not a fantastic one but don't let that hold you back, you can still learn the basics with the camera. Read the sticky and start familiarising yourself with shutter speed, aperture and ISO. These three are the building blocks of creative photography. I'll leave a cheat sheet in pic related but watch YouTube videos and LEARN. You should keep your camera in manual mode in the beginning until you understand the basics.
I looked online and it looks like there's scripts to make that bridge camera shoot RAW format, if you can work it out then I highly recommend it. It looks like you just boot it off the memory card as new firmware.

If that tool works then pirate yourself Photoshop or Lightroom with CCMaker (the easiest and fastest way to pirate Adobe software) and learn how to edit.
