>>4155086Yes, flare. The sigma has this at a low level going on almost all the time across the entire image. Because sigma's materials and designs are terrible, all they care about is MTF charts. It's basically the experience you get shooting with a shitty pentax 35-80 kit zoom outside and without a hood, but with sigma it happens even if you use a hood. The more you stay away from light (ie: only taking photos of your cat in your "man cave") the better your average sigma will do, but if you're using a lot of strobes and windows you will miss entire photos because of the washed out appearance.
