They will mount AND AUTOFOCUS native e-mount, a-mount (all versions), Canon EF, Nikon F (all but screw driven), m-mount, and anything that can be adapted to m-mount. Almost every manual focus lens can be adapted as long as the flange length is longer than e-mount.
There are a few adapted lenses which have issues (things like macro and tilt-shift). But for the most part they work as good or better than native glass, especially the popular lenses.
You can adapt these lenses to other cameras, but you will lose autofocus and electronic aperture control.
