Some shots from an abandoned municipal home. These places used to be where the elderly, retarded, invalids and such were dumped when their families couldn't take care of them. The tenants paid for their care by working for the municipal home in whatever capacity they could. This municipal home had extensive agricultural facilities, from beekeeping to dairy. It was permanently shut down in the 90's and converted into a motel, and lastly it was used to house foreign seasonal workers (mostly Thai).
